We understand that plans can change. For cancellations made more than one hour before your scheduled booking time, you are eligible for a full refund.


Cancellations made within one hour of the booking time are non-refundable.


To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us at least one hour prior to your appointment time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
